By taking out a membership you are authorising us to take a monthly direct debit payment. The first payment will be taken 3-4 days from purchase date and subsequent payments every 4 weeks. You can upgrade, downgrade, freeze or cancel your membership by emailing: email@example.com (please note we need 4 weeks notice to do so). After you have taken out a membership you can use the 'book a tour' button at the top of the page to book an induction with a personal trainer should you require it. Please note you must have an induction if you are aged under 18. Ring the bell on your first visit and a member of staff will give you your unique door pin code. We may require proof of membership with your confirmation email. Do not share your pin with anyone else as this may result in a temporary ban on your membership. For cancellations or any other membership queries please contact email@example.com. We can cancel your membership with 4 weeks cancellation as per the conditions of your membership.
